"My son is a little shy, so I wanted to try and boost his confidence and allow him to express his personality. Veronica made him feel so comfortable! He was able to join in straight away, and had a smile on his face the whole time."
"My two daughters always leave class with a big, happy smile on their face. It’s a safe space for them to explore drama concepts, learn to be creative and gain confidence. I highly recommend Sun Stage."
Sun Stage programs give your child a creative outlet to explore their imagination, let go of their day-to-day anxieties and enjoy a greater sense of mindfulness, which can be applied to all aspects of their life.
Our classes are designed to nurture your child's confidence by encouraging awareness of self and empowering young people to take pride in their uniqueness.
By working week-to-week within a group, Sun Stage classes create a fantastic environment for learning to collaborate with others in a positive and supportive way.
Become a part of our Sun Stage Community, and give your child the opportunity to build friendships with like-minded peers from families who share your values.
In a special adaptation of their popular women's class, Freedom Dance Flow has created a youth program that combines breath work, visualisations, dance and movement. Their class will empower students to connect with their mind, body and soul and walk out feeling free to be their true authentic self.
Drama classes that nurture imagination, encourage creativity and inspire confidence in children and young people. Students explore character and storytelling in structured lessons that promote collaboration and playfulness in a supportive environment.
An energetic and empowering class for children who enjoy performing on stage. In this 1.5 hour class, students will build foundational skills in singing, dancing and acting. Like all our programs, Musical Theatre nurtures creative expression and self awareness.
